Breathwork Session 3 - 4/7/8 Breathing Method
Welcome to The Define Fitness Breathwork Session 3 – 4-7-8 Breathing Method. The 4-7-8 breathing technique, also known as “relaxing breath,” involves breathing in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds. This breathing method aims to reduce anxiety or help people get to sleep. Some experts claim that the method helps people get to sleep in 1 minute. Let’s see how that goes for you now. Breathwork Session 4 - Three Part Breathing Method
Welcome to The Define Fitness Breathwork Session 4 – Three-Part Breathing Method. Three-Part Breath is often the first breathing technique taught to new yoga practitioners. The “three parts” are the abdomen, diaphragm, and chest. During Three-Part Breath, you first completely fill your lungs with air, as though you are breathing into your belly, ribcage, and upper chest. Then you exhale completely, reversing the flow. Sit back, relax and enjoy the session.
