Description of Group Classes / Bootcamp

Body Burn

This class incorporates our Traditional Bootcamp Systems. You will box, jump rope, stretch, use your body, bust out the resistance tubes and generally push yourself into the burn zone!

Beach Booty

This circuit style class uses – kettlebells, ropes, box jumps, shuttleruns and awesome functional movements all coupled with trusty burpees. Perform solo, pair up with a mate or join the collective awesomeness of the Define Fitness community.

Strong

Develop overall strength using our Defining equipment. Kettlebells, Porta Bars, Slam Balls and Medicine balls are frequent attendees that turn up to get you pumped, your heart rate high and torching the fat you do not want on your hips. Chains of muscles work together to get you to reach your peak.

Flex Stretch

Features an array of nurturing stretches (Yoga inspired), and postural poses that aim to help relieve back pain, headaches, insomnia and shortness of breath. You will control your mind and senses and aim to slow your breathing so you reach a state of zen.

Open to Bootcampers & Flex & Stretch Clients. Body Slim

This class takes participants through the rigours of metabolic conditioning, strength training, speed and agility in order to improve overall athletic performance. You will also address strengthening and toning your abdominal and back muscles. A solid Bootcamp class!

Uppercut

Learn to box, with focus pads, jump rope and a tabata conditioning drills that essentially prepare you for “The Shredding Zone.” To find out what “The Shredding Zone” is you will have to attend one of our Uppercut Classes!

Break Thru

Contour your body with resistant training exercises that utilize bodyweight resistance, medicine balls, resistance tubes and more to get you stronger and leaner. Break Thru incorporates some cardio and plyometrics. A favourite bootcamp session for all!

This kettlebell-based class employs a variety of movements to burn more calories and release more endorphins than other types of lifts and exercises. Participants can expect to increase their strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility and stability.

Smoked

Push out of your comfort zone with both cardio and resistance training intervals using bodyweight and additional resistance. Each session includes a brand new Tabata Finisher that will no doubt “smoke” you!

Strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles in this seriously defining bootcamp class! You will use the TRX Training System that leverages gravity using the weight of the participant. This class develops serious core strength, balance and flexibility!
