Are you tough enough?

Tough Enough is not for the faint hearted. It is for the exercise enthusiast that requires conditioning, heavy duty equipment & weight training. If you want to push yourself to a place you have never been before, then come and train with the Tough Enough crew. It is suggested that you are at an intermediate fitness level when training in a session.

The use of sleds, tires, sledge hammers, ropes, porta bars and kettlebells are frequent at a session. This equipment will essentially push you to your limits! There is no slacking off at a Tough Enough session, if you slack off you let the Tough Enough crew down, you let yourself down and you will receive penalties.

The sessions are designed to essentially get you as strong and fit as possible.

They encourage you to adopt a healthy lifestyle and be the best you can be. Attending our Tough Enough sessions aim to:

  • Increase strength of entire body
  • Increase muscle mass
  • Increase fitness and conditioning level
  • Improve functional strength
  • Change body composition

Our Tough Enough sessions are about being part of a team as much as achieving your individual goals. We workout as a team, we push each other to the limits. You will hurt and then benefit from it!
